SCMS has received a significant order from WFUV FM, Fordham University's public radio station in New York City, an affiliate of National Public Radio (NPR) and Public Radio International (PRI). As part of a major rebuild of the broadcast facility, SCMS will be supplying RF, studio and test equipment from numerous sources including ADC, Andrew, Audio Precision, ATI, CBT Systems, Comrex, Denon, Digidesign/ProTools, Dixon, Electrovoice, ESE, Gepco, HHB, McCurdy Radio, Neumann, nVision, SONY, Symetrix, Tektronix, Telos Systems and others. SCMS will also be supplying computer and IT-related equipment. Financial details were not disclosed.

SCMS has nine regional offices around the country, and also has a computer division, the ComputerWorks which was instrumental in being responsive to the needs of Fordham University and WFUV.
