Details

Compatible with the dLive product series, the GPIO from Allen & Heath is a general purpose I/O interface for control integration of a dLive system and third party hardware. GPIO offers 8 opto-coupled inputs and 8 relay outputs on Phoenix connectors – 7 fixed N/O (normally open), plus 1 configurable N/O or N/C (normally closed), in addition to two +10V DC outputs. A Unique Auto Firmware matching system keeps Firmware in sync. 2x 10Volt 500mA outputs avoid the need for additional power supplies. This next generation unit can be PoE or DC powered and can live on the building IT network. Up to 8 GPIO modules can be connected to a dLive system via Cat5 cable, directly or via a network switch. GPIO functions are programmed using a dLive Surface or dLive Director software and can be configured for a number of install and broadcast applications, including EVAC (alarm / system mute), broadcast (on air lights, fader start logic) and theater automation (curtains, lights).
