With the ability to shift between omnidirectional, cardioid, and figure-8—and everything in between—you can fine-tune its directional response based on the acoustic environment. This makes it ideal for unpredictable spaces or multipurpose rooms where mic behavior needs to adapt.

Logic Control Integration with External Systems

The integrated logic I/O functions allow seamless interaction with automatic mixers, teleconferencing platforms, and control processors. You can assign external control over mic muting, LED behavior, or mode switching, which is essential in environments with centralized AV management. The mic can also respond to external mute cues while providing visual status through its built-in LED.

User-Configurable Membrane Switch for Flexible Control

At the heart of the 930VPL’s user experience is a soft-touch membrane switch that can be programmed for push-to-talk, push-to-mute, or toggle operation. Combined with the LED status indicator, users receive visual confirmation of mic status. The switch function can also be tied into logic output for more advanced system control.
