Built with eight digital audio message channels using Dante™ AoE, the IP108-D-EDU enables high-fidelity audio transport over standard Ethernet infrastructure. Dante integration is ideal for facilities with existing AoE networks or for those transitioning from analog paging to digital IP-based systems.

The IP108-D-EDU integrates seamlessly with SIP-based VoIP telephony systems and PBX trunking. Announcements can be triggered through multiple methods including contact closures, GLOBALCOM paging stations, or direct IP network commands. The system supports two-way full-duplex intercom functions and mute controls by zone or zone groups, ensuring critical messages are delivered to the right areas with precision.

Dynamic Scheduling and Multilingual Messaging Capabilities

Designed to support school-wide scheduling, the IP108-D-EDU includes a built-in event scheduler for bell tones, prerecorded messages, and reminders. It stores up to 250 hours of WAV files and includes native text-to-speech (TTS) capabilities in multiple languages. TTS can dynamically generate announcements, minimizing the need for pre-recorded content while allowing greater message flexibility in multilingual campuses.

Advanced Emergency Alerting System Integration

The integrated S.A.F.E. (Smart Alerts For Emergencies) system ensures time-sensitive messages bypass lower-priority content. With up to 65,565 message priority levels and the proprietary NeverMISS™ feature, high-priority alerts are guaranteed delivery. Seamless Browser-Based Configuration and User Management

GCK software comes pre-installed and ready for browser-based configuration. IT administrators can manage system-wide audio routing, message content, and zone grouping remotely. Support for LDAP and Active Directory allows seamless user authentication, while built-in 8x8 logic I/O supports integration with fire panels, sensors, security systems, and auxiliary devices.
