The included ADX10FLP miniature condenser microphone is engineered for standard-sized flutes and features an integrated clip that mounts securely to the headjoint. Its cardioid pickup pattern captures the flute’s natural tone, articulation, and percussive detail while minimizing bleed from nearby instruments. This focused response helps the flute remain clear and present in complex stage mixes without unwanted coloration.

At the core of the system is the Audix R41 diversity receiver operating in the 554 to 586 MHz frequency range.
