The Audix R42KITA is a dual-channel UHF wireless receiver built for dependable performance in live sound, houses of worship, corporate events, classrooms, and installed audio systems. Operating within the 522–554 MHz frequency band, this Performance Series receiver allows you to run two wireless microphones at once while maintaining consistent RF stability and clean audio output for speech and vocal applications.

Covering 32 MHz of UHF bandwidth, the R42KITA provides 106 factory-coordinated frequency options to help reduce interference and simplify multi-system deployment. This frequency flexibility makes it easier to integrate several wireless microphone systems in the same venue while maintaining reliable signal performance. Up to eight systems can be used simultaneously, allowing for as many as 16 active wireless channels in larger setups.

Dual Channel Diversity Reception for Signal Reliability

Designed with dual-channel diversity architecture, the R42KITA continuously evaluates RF signal strength to help minimize dropouts and signal interruptions. This makes it well suited for presenters, performers, pastors, and speakers who need uninterrupted wireless microphone operation across stages and event spaces up to approximately 300 feet.

Fast Setup with Auto Scan and Infrared Sync

The built-in automatic frequency scan identifies open channels quickly, eliminating the need for manual searching. Infrared synchronization allows frequency settings to transfer directly to compatible transmitters in seconds, reducing setup time and ensuring consistent system configuration before events begin.

Clear Monitoring and Flexible Audio Outputs

A high-contrast LCD screen provides detailed system information including RF level, AF level, frequency, group, channel, and battery status. Adjustable RF and AF gain controls allow fine-tuning for optimal performance. Balanced XLR and 1/4-inch outputs offer flexible connection to professional mixing consoles, powered speakers, and installed sound systems. A ground-lift switch helps reduce hum caused by ground loops.

Rackmount Ready Design for Touring and Installed Systems

The R42KITA includes antennas, BNC cables, audio cable, power supply, and a rackmount kit for streamlined installation in standard 19-inch racks. With durable construction and front- or rear-antenna mounting options, it adapts easily to both portable racks and permanent AV installations.
