The Axia 2001-00569-999 Quasar XR-4FAD Module is a standalone, uninstalled 4-channel motorized fader module designed for Axia Quasar XR AoIP broadcast mixing consoles. This module gives operators precise hands-on control of audio sources, combining tactile motorized faders with advanced visual feedback for fast, confident mixing in live broadcast and production environments.

Scalable Modular Design for Custom Console Builds

As part of the Quasar XR console ecosystem, the XR-4FAD module allows systems to be built and expanded based on workflow needs. Up to seven XR-4FAD modules can be installed in a single 8.5U frame, supporting a total of 28 faders. Larger facilities can link multiple split-frame configurations to reach up to 64 faders, making this module ideal for studios that require growth without redesigning their entire console.

Motorized Faders with Professional Tactile Response

Each module features four touch-sensitive, high-quality motorized faders that provide smooth, accurate movement and instant visual confirmation of automation, layer changes, and snapshot recalls. This motorized design supports complex broadcast workflows where rapid transitions and precise level matching are essential.

Four dedicated 1.44-inch TFT IPS displays sit above the faders, providing clear channel labeling and status information. High-resolution bargraph meters and RGB color-coded strips on each fader improve readability at a glance, helping operators monitor levels and channel states even in high-pressure live situations.

The XR-4FAD module includes customizable avionics-grade user buttons positioned throughout the surface, along with four touch-sensitive, detented encoders.
