The BDI ICP-800 is a professional-grade interlock consolidation panel designed for master antenna applications, combining multiple interlock event closures into a single, streamlined interface. Engineered to work seamlessly with BDI DPS-100D Series RF power meters, the ICP-800 provides site operators with a clear and efficient way to monitor RF safety conditions, ensuring compliance and operational security at broadcast facilities.

Direct Integration with DPS-100D Power Meters

The ICP-800 connects directly to up to 16 BDI DPS-100D True RMS Digital Power Sensors, consolidating multiple interlock signals into one closure per station. These interlock events can include high VSWR, RF switch movement, lockout/tagout switch operation, reject load overheating, and dummy load overheating. Each channel includes bypass jumpers for situations where a power meter must be removed for service, such as calibration, without disrupting the entire system.

Clear RF Presence and Safety Status Indication

When paired with DPS-100D series power meters, the ICP-800 provides positive, easy-to-read RF status indicators. A red light signals active RF, while a green light confirms safe conditions for tower climbs or maintenance work. The RF ON threshold is user-defined at each connected DPS-100D power meter, allowing tailored RF safety programs to meet site-specific requirements. This system plays a vital role in reducing risks to personnel and ensuring adherence to RF safety protocols.

Expandable Capacity for Large Broadcast Systems

The ICP-800 supports up to 8 DPS-100D power meters per panel for interlock consolidation, but its design also supports system expansion. By adding additional SWP-206 Digi-Monitor units and ICP-800 panels, operators can scale monitoring capacity to accommodate larger systems or narrowband channels alongside broadband combined systems. This flexibility makes the ICP-800 suitable for both small stations and large multi-transmitter facilities.

When integrated with the SWP-206 Digi-Monitor Antenna Monitor System, the ICP-800 delivers complete interlock control and RF safety monitoring in one unified platform.
