Web Enabled RF Site Control in One Platform
The BDI SWP-300-2T Site Controller is a dedicated RF site management solution designed to give broadcasters centralized, browser-based control over critical transmission infrastructure. Ita accepts up to two motorized RF switches and serves as the command center for remote site operation, allowing engineers to monitor, switch, and manage RF paths without being physically present at the transmitter site.
Remote RF Switching and Transmitter Management
Built specifically for RF facilities, the SWP-300-2T provides direct connectivity to motorized RF switches for fast and reliable antenna or transmitter changeovers. A single connector handles transmitter control and interlock management, simplifying wiring while maintaining safe, predictable operation. This makes the controller well suited for primary and backup transmitter configurations where rapid response is essential.
Integrated Power and Signal Monitoring
When paired with compatible BDI DPS-100D True RMS Power Meters, the SWP-300-2T automatically displays forward power, reflected power, temperature, and transmission line pressure. These values are presented natively without requiring custom scaling or manual analog configuration, giving engineers accurate, real-time insight into RF system health.
Extensive I O for Site Automation
Beyond RF switching, the controller supports a wide range of automation tasks through its onboard control and monitoring resources. Sixteen control outputs, eight status inputs, and four analog inputs allow the SWP-300-2T to interface with auxiliary equipment, alarms, and environmental sensors, making it a flexible platform for complete RF site supervision.
Browser Based Interface and Graphical Control
A built-in web interface provides access from any standard browser, offering compatibility with BDI’s Stack Graphical User Interface for a consistent operational experience. A simple setup utility allows users to label command buttons, status points, and analog inputs, ensuring clarity for both engineering staff and operational users.
