The dual native ISO design features a primary base ISO of 400 for studio lighting and a secondary high base ISO of 3200 for darker settings. Noise and grain are minimized even at high sensitivity settings, allowing operators to shoot in available light with cinematic clarity. Control over gain is accessible from both the camera interface and remotely via SDI or Ethernet.

By leveraging the same color science and image processing used in digital film cameras, the 4K Plus G2 brings cinematic visuals into live production. The 13-stop dynamic range enhances color grading potential, and DaVinci Resolve color correction can be managed remotely through compatible switchers. With resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 fps, this camera offers the flexibility needed for both HD and Ultra HD live production.

A built-in 7-inch HDR-capable touchscreen monitor helps you frame and monitor shots with precision. The large screen includes overlay support for recording status, peaking, guides, histogram, and 3D LUT monitoring. Menus are accessible via touchscreen for full control over settings and presets, and the included foldable sunshade protects the screen while aiding visibility in bright conditions.

On-Air Tally Light and Broadcast Communication

The camera’s oversized tally light clearly indicates on-air, preview, and ISO recording status using red, green, and orange indicators. Clip-on camera numbers are included for visibility from a distance. SDI and HDMI tally support ensures easy integration with ATEM production systems. Built-in talkback over SDI allows the director to coordinate with camera operators in real-time, using standard 3.5mm or XLR headsets depending on the model.
