Advanced low-light performance and dynamic range
The camera’s ISO performance ranges from -12dB (100 ISO) to +36dB (25,600 ISO), with a native ISO of 400 and a secondary high base of 3200. This ensures excellent image fidelity in both bright and dim conditions. With 13 stops of dynamic range, it captures clean highlights and deep shadows, making it a great match for cinematic lighting or unpredictable event environments. Control gain settings directly or remotely via SDI or HDMI.

With the same sensor and color science as the Studio Camera 4K Plus G2, this camera delivers stunning visuals with broadcast reliability. The built-in DaVinci Resolve color corrector enables real-time grading directly from a switcher. Support for Blackmagic RAW allows for flexible post-production workflows while maintaining exceptional image detail. Frame rates from 23.98 to 60 fps and UHD 4K resolution make it suitable for high-end live or recorded productions.

Seamless lens and remote control integration
The active Micro Four Thirds mount supports a wide range of photographic lenses from Olympus, Panasonic, Sigma, and more. Optional focus and zoom demands allow precise lens control remotely, enabling smooth operation even when the camera is mounted out of reach. With SDI/HDMI control, lens adjustments, color grading, and tally can all be managed centrally from ATEM switchers.

Built-in tally, talkback, and external recording
This camera supports full SDI and HDMI tally, talkback, and return video. Record directly to external USB-C drives in 12-bit Blackmagic RAW, or connect to a network via USB-C Ethernet adapters for remote control using REST APIs. A 3.5mm mic input and built-in stereo mics simplify audio capture. The 12G-SDI and HDMI outputs carry video, control, and tally data in one cable for fast deployment.

Flexible power and language support
Power the camera with a 12V DC locking connector or use the built-in LP-E6 battery slot for uninterrupted backup. It also includes a multi-region power adapter kit.
