Professional Grade Low Profile Ceiling Speaker

The Electro-Voice EVID-C6.2LP-G2 is a premium 6.5-inch coaxial two-way loudspeaker engineered for exceptional audio performance in commercial, hospitality, retail, and corporate environments. Designed with a low-profile form factor, this speaker delivers clear, detailed sound while blending seamlessly into any ceiling design. Its high-quality components ensure accurate reproduction across the frequency range, making it an ideal choice for background music, paging, and high-fidelity installations.

Efficient Installation for Time-Sensitive Projects

Featuring the EZ-Install system, the EVID-C6.2LP-G2 allows for quick, safe, and reliable mounting without specialized tools. This design saves valuable time on job sites while maintaining secure and professional results. The included tile bridge and mounting ring make it suitable for drop ceiling applications, and the lightweight construction ensures easy handling during installation.

Uniform Coverage with Point-Source Design

The point-source coaxial driver configuration is engineered to enhance off-axis response, ensuring consistent audio coverage throughout the listening space. Whether installed in a restaurant, conference room, or retail store, the EVID-C6.2LP-G2 provides even sound dispersion so every listener experiences the same high-quality output.

Flexible Power and Connection Options

The integrated transformer supports 70V and 100V distributed audio systems, as well as an 8-ohm bypass for direct low-impedance operation. Wattage settings of 1.9 (70V only), 3.8, 7.5, 15, or 30 watts can be selected via a convenient front-baffle switch, allowing precise tuning to match system requirements. The side-access terminal cover protects the 4-pin terminal block, which accepts up to 12-gauge wire and supports pass-through to additional speakers.

Durable Build and Clean Aesthetic

The semi-gloss white perforated grille attaches magnetically for a seamless appearance and is powder-coated for long-term durability. The ABS baffle is UL 94V-0 rated for flame resistance, and the heavy-gauge coated steel rear enclosure ensures reliability even in demanding commercial environments. The low-profile enclosure is designed for tight ceiling spaces, expanding installation possibilities without compromising audio performance.

System Integration Across the EVID Series

The EVID-C6.2LP-G2 works in harmony with the full range of Electro-Voice EVID ceiling, surface-mount, and in-wall speakers. This compatibility allows for scalable system designs where consistent sound quality and aesthetic continuity are essential.
