The Sports Pod by Henry Engineering is a premier announcer's mic/headphone controller and intercom system, specifically designed for remote broadcasts. It is the go-to choice for sporting events, on-location broadcasts, and studio settings, ensuring seamless communication and control for announcers and talent.

Enhanced Control
This system allows the announcer to have complete control over their mic with an illuminated Mic On/Off button, and a Cough button to momentarily mute mic audio. It also features the ability to control the mic remotely, with a Tally LED indicating the mic status, enhancing the ease of use during live broadcasts.

Integrated Intercom System
One of the standout features of the Sports Pod is its integrated intercom system, enabling duplex off-air communication with producers or engineers. This feature, coupled with the Talkback button, allows talent to communicate off-site, ensuring smooth coordination during broadcasts.

Customizable Audio Experience
The Sports Pod provides announcers with the ability to control and mix remote-site Local audio with the Return audio from the main studio. With separate inputs and volume controls for each source, announcers can adjust the mix in their headphones to their preference, ensuring a personalized audio experience.

Multi-Announcer Broadcasts
For broadcasts featuring multiple announcers, several Sports Pods can be interconnected, allowing each announcer to have individual control over their mic, headphone volume, mix, and pan settings. This interconnectivity is achieved with cat5 cables, simplifying the setup process and eliminating the need for multiple power sources and complicated wiring.

Versatile Integration
Sports Pods can be integrated with other Henry Engineering products like Talent Pods, MiniPods, and Guest Pods, and can be powered with an external wall transformer. They can also be used with the MultiPhones Master unit or SixMix USB Console, offering versatility in setup configurations.
