Beam Splitter Glass Ensures Clear Readability and Camera Pass-Through

This system features optical-grade 65/35 beam splitter glass, allowing the teleprompter monitor to reflect text to the presenter while permitting 65% of light to pass through to the camera. The front-facing mirror coating provides a sharp reflection, and the anti-reflective rear coating eliminates ghosting. Presenters can comfortably read the screen from up to 17 feet away, while the camera captures undistorted, color-accurate footage directly through the glass.

The 15" widescreen monitor offers 1920 x 1080 resolution and an impressive 1000 cd/m² brightness, ensuring exceptional visibility even under studio lights. It supports SDI, HDMI, and VGA input signals, offering broad device compatibility. The menu allows adjustment of brightness, contrast, chroma, tint, RGB intensity, and backlight. With an image flip button that supports horizontal and vertical orientation changes, the monitor is ideal for mirrored setups or video conferencing use, allowing presenters to view themselves in a natural orientation.

Talent Monitor Enhances On-Camera Confidence and Communication

The included 15" widescreen SDI talent monitor attaches securely to the teleprompter setup and displays the live feed for presenters to monitor their delivery in real time. It supports SDI, HDMI, and VGA inputs and shares the same 1080p resolution and 1000-nit brightness as the main monitor. The integrated tally light illuminates red, green, or yellow based on camera status—helping the presenter know whether they are live, in preview, or queued, improving timing and visual connection during multi-camera shoots.

Wide Compatibility with ENG, Mirrorless, and Cinema Cameras

To accommodate a wide range of camera types, the PT415W-TM includes three riser blocks of varying heights—5.31", 2.06", and 6.29". This flexibility allows operators to precisely align the optical center of their cameras with the beam splitter glass, whether using DSLR bodies, camcorders, mirrorless cameras, or cinema rigs. The adjustable mounting system ensures compatibility across productions with changing camera setups.
