The teleprompter’s 19” widescreen display is optimized for readability and clarity, featuring a 1920 x 1080 resolution, 1000-nit brightness, and a 178° viewing angle both horizontally and vertically. Whether used in brightly lit studios or outdoor setups, the high-bright panel ensures crisp and clear script visibility. The monitor includes SDI, HDMI, and VGA ports, and has a built-in tally light system for live or preview camera signaling when used with compatible switchers.

PTZ-Compatible Hood Supports Camera Movement

Designed specifically for PTZ workflows, the teleprompter hood fully encloses the camera while still allowing full pan, tilt, and zoom movement. The rear hood opening provides convenient access to camera ports and connections, and the drawstring closure eliminates unwanted light leaks. The secure hood attaches to the frame with a combination of bolt and magnet fasteners for quick setup and reliable hold.

Flexible Camera Mounting and Rig Balancing System

Included with the PT419W-PTZ-TK are three riser plates—small, tall, and DSLR—that accommodate a wide range of camcorders, mirrorless cameras, and PTZ models. The long plate system beneath the prompter allows the entire rig to slide forward or backward to find balance without the need for counterweights. The wide hood accommodates large and box-style lenses, expanding compatibility with different camera sizes.

Coated Beamsplitter Glass Maintains Visibility and Image Quality

The 65/35 beamsplitter glass offers the perfect balance between visibility for the presenter and optical clarity for the camera. It reflects 35% of the monitor’s output to the speaker while transmitting 65% to the lens. The front coating enhances reflection, while the anti-reflective coating on the rear eliminates ghosting and preserves color neutrality for clean, undistorted video.
