The Ikan PT419W-TK is a full-featured 19" widescreen teleprompter system designed for broadcast studios, live event productions, and professional video shoots. With a high-bright 1920 x 1080 script monitor, 65/35 beamsplitter glass, and wide compatibility across camera types, this teleprompter ensures presenters can clearly read text from up to 25 feet away. The system includes three riser plates for flexible camera positioning, an adjustable folding hood, and a heavy-duty aluminum chassis for rugged reliability in any setting.

Broadcast-Quality Monitor with Multiple Video Inputs

The included 19" widescreen monitor provides full HD resolution and supports SDI, HDMI, and VGA video signals, allowing for compatibility with a wide range of production switchers and video systems. Its 1000 cd/m² brightness ensures visibility even in brightly lit studio environments. The display features a 178° viewing angle and supports 16:9, 4:3, full, or automatic aspect ratios for flexible use. An image flip function allows for both vertical and horizontal mirroring of the content, ideal for mirroring scripts in front of the beamsplitter.

Versatile Mounting for Cameras of All Sizes

This teleprompter is compatible with professional cinema, broadcast, DSLR, and mirrorless cameras. The kit includes three riser plates with height options ranging from 2.1" to 6.3", allowing precise alignment of your camera with the center of the beamsplitter glass. A long mounting plate makes it easy to shift your setup forward or backward on the base for perfect balance—without needing counterweights.

Engineered for Larger Lenses and Rigged Cameras

The extra-wide teleprompter hood accommodates larger or box-style camera lenses without interfering with framing or camera operation. Anchored with both bolts and magnets, the hood stays firmly attached during setup and breakdown. It folds down neatly for transport while protecting the reflective glass and monitor assembly during use.

High-Quality Reflective Glass for Clear On-Camera Eye Contact

The PT419W-TK features 3mm thick American-made optical-grade beamsplitter glass. This 65/35 glass reflects 65% of the light from the script monitor back to the presenter while allowing 35% of the image to pass through to the camera lens. With an anti-reflection coating on the rear side, this system delivers sharp, distortion-free, color-neutral image quality to your viewers while maintaining natural eye contact from your talent.

Rugged Rolling Case with Custom Foam for Portability

Included in the kit is a hard-shell, wheeled travel case designed to securely store and transport the PT419W system. The case is constructed from high-impact resin, features smooth-rolling inline wheels, and a retractable handle for mobility. Inside, custom-cut foam protects every major component. Additional carrying bags are included for the tripod and dolly (sold separately), making this a truly portable production solution.
