The Radial Reamp Station is a dual-function studio tool that combines a high-quality active direct box and a passive reamping device into one compact, rugged enclosure. It allows you to capture clean, unprocessed instrument tracks during recording and later send those tracks back out to guitar amps, pedals, or processors during mixdown, giving producers and engineers complete control over tone after the performance is captured.

Flexible Connectivity for Modern Studio Workflows

Designed to integrate easily into any studio setup, the Reamp Station offers a wide range of input and output connections including 1/4", 3.5mm, and balanced XLR inputs, along with both XLR and 1/4" outputs. This makes it simple to connect guitars, basses, keyboards, audio interfaces, mixers, mobile devices, and amplifiers without additional adapters. Link in and out connections also allow multiple Reamp Stations to be chained together for multi-amp reamping setups.

Two Dedicated Circuits for Recording and Reamping

Inside the Reamp Station are two independent signal paths: an active DI circuit for clean, accurate recording and a passive reamping circuit based on Radial’s proven studio reamper design. The DI section delivers a clear, noise-free signal directly to your recording interface, while the reamp section feeds recorded tracks back to amps and pedals at proper instrument level. Each section can be used independently or together, giving you maximum flexibility during tracking and mixing.

Class-A Buffer and Tone-Shaping Control

A built-in Class-A buffer ensures consistent tone and signal integrity when working with long cable runs, complex pedalboards, or passive pickups. Additional controls such as a three-position output filter, pad, and mute switch allow precise signal management when reamping, helping you tailor the sound feeding your amplifier without unwanted noise or harsh frequencies.

Noise Management and Phase Control for Clean Results

To maintain pristine audio quality, the Reamp Station includes ground-lift and phase reversal switches that help eliminate hum, buzz, and phase-related issues. These tools are essential when routing signals between studio gear and amplifiers, especially in complex recording environments where ground loops and phase conflicts can occur.

Built for Daily Studio Use

Housed in a heavy-duty 14-gauge steel chassis, the Reamp Station is designed for long-term reliability in professional studios. The DI circuit runs on standard 48V phantom power supplied by most audio interfaces and mixers, eliminating the need for an external power supply while keeping the unit easy to deploy anywhere in the signal chain.
