The A20-QuickDock features a mechanical design that locks into the bottom of your A20-Nexus or Nexus Go and physically mates it to the underside of your 8-Series mixer/recorder. With no tools or cables required, you can go from a fully docked system to a remoted receiver in seconds. Power, Audio, and Timecode Through a Single Connection
When docked, the A20-QuickDock passes audio, power, and timecode between the receiver and 8-Series mixer through a multi-pin interface. This eliminates the need for separate TA4 power cables, audio breakout snakes, and timecode runs—making your rig tidier and more reliable. Just drop in, lock, and go.

Rear Panel Functionality Is Optimized When Docked
Once docked, most of the A20-Nexus’s rear panel connectors are automatically disabled to prevent redundant or conflicting I/O. However, key functionality remains: antenna connectors, the USB-A port, and Ethernet ports continue to function. Note that the Ethernet ports on the A20-Nexus are limited to control only while docked—Dante audio is not available through these ports in this configuration.
