Expandable Dante I/O for Yamaha DM7 Digital Consoles
The Yamaha PY64‑D card adds comprehensive Dante networking capabilities to DM7 series digital consoles, enabling up to 64 channels of input and output over the Dante protocol. It’s designed to streamline digital audio routing in live sound, broadcast, and installed systems where flexibility and professional audio networking are essential.

Built-In Sample-Rate Conversion Ensures Seamless Integration
Equipped with sample-rate conversion (SRC) functionality, the PY64‑D makes it easy to connect equipment that runs at different sample rates. Whether it’s synchronous or asynchronous conversion, the SRC settings can be adjusted directly from the console interface, providing clean and reliable audio synchronization across diverse devices. 

Secure Dual-Network Operation with Redundancy
By linking both Dante ports on the DM7 and on the PY64‑D card to separate network segments, the console can act as a bridge between distinct audio networks—ideal for complex installations. Primary and secondary connectors support redundant connections for mission-critical reliability. 

High-Resolution 96 kHz, 64-Channel Performance
This expansion supports full 64‑channel I/O at up to 96 kHz with 24-bit depth—providing the bandwidth and clarity needed for detailed multitrack processing. The card includes a built-in gigabit switch allowing daisy-chaining of Dante devices, streamlining signal flow across multiple nodes. 

Optimized for Yamaha DM7 Series Consoles
Exclusively compatible with DM7 series consoles—and requiring firmware version 1.60 or higher—the PY64‑D integrates seamlessly, offering extended Dante routing without external hardware. It is not compatible with the first-generation NXAMP‑mk1 or other Yamaha consoles.
